Information for Christmas-shipping / 24th of December 2009
Within Germany we send everything with tracked DHL parcel. If you order with a customer-account you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number of the parcel. As we transmit the details of the parcels electronical to DHL the shipping is very fast. The parcels that arrive at the evening in the DHL depot will be sent "over night" or within 2 days to the German shipping addresses. Small international shipments are sent with Deutsche Post airmal, larger with DHL Premium parcel. Shipping takes 1 - 2 days to Germany, 2 - 5 days within Europe and Switzerland, 2 - 15 days worldwide.

On desire we label all flashlights, knives and tools with a free of charge laser graving! (UK Flashlights are liable to pay for the expenses and can only be graved under special conditions). Please enter the graving text directly in the text field at the article.
Shipping Costs:
- Free Shipping worldwide for all orders of 49,- Euro or more (dealers: 299,- Euro net)
- Up to 49,- Euro Germany and woldwide: 4,90 Euro
If you choose cash on delivery for payment (possible only with shipping address in Germany) this will cause a fee of 4,90 Euro + 2,- Euro fee for DHL = altogehter 6,90 Euro.
